Rachael Jennings

Growing up as a 'third-culture-kid' meant Rachael was a student in varying school systems across Europe, The UK, and North America. She quickly learned the importance of two fundamental aspects of all our lives; education and communication.

Rachael is certified in Early Childhood Development and Psychology and has 4 years of primary school teaching experience at both Dutch language and international institutions. In 2020, she developed and presented 'Voicebeams', a K-12 audio-first communication and education experience, to LEGO Ventures.

During the pandemic, Rachael ran a social audio startup that brought audio engagement to eCommerce storefronts for all consumers. The project grew a waiting list of nearly 200 potential customers and Rachael found a way to pitch it directly to Spotify CEO, Daniel Ek.

Currently, Rachael is establishing a new venture through Vivero that offers English as a second language coaching to young professionals from all over the world. She is committed to applying her teaching and business skills to help break down barriers to entrepreneurship and career development.

Rachael is also a volunteer on the children’s ward at a local hospital in Antwerp and together with her husband she has two rescue dogs with which they love to go hiking.

Rachael’s North Star

“Taking things one step at a time is what keeps me going. Some days you take massive leaps, and others you make a little move.

My goal is to always leave things better than they were, and my definition of success takes count not only of the material or financial outcomes but also of how I am able to make others feel seen and create space for their stories and ideas.

My North Star is anchored in my belief that humans were designed to create. From my experience, this fundamental skill is irreplaceable in every setting and scenario – from a classroom to a boardroom.”
